Yes! All payments are processed securely through Paystack, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. We never store your full card details. The one-time fee of ₦5,000 grants you lifetime access to Amaladate.
The one-time membership fee is generally non-refundable. However, if you encounter technical issues preventing you from using the service, please contact us at [email protected] and we'll work with you to resolve the issue.
You can cancel a confirmed date from your profile's "Upcoming Dates" section. Please provide at least 3 hours notice when cancelling. Repeated last-minute cancellations may affect your ability to send future date requests.
Our algorithm matches you with users who share at least one of your favorite amala spots and have compatible preferences. We prioritize quality over quantity—one thoughtful match per day based on your location and dining preferences.
Yes! We're always looking to expand our list of amala spots. Email us at [email protected] with the spot name, address, and city, and we'll add it to our database after verification.
